The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in education with ODEW certification, experience with Intervention Specialist K-12, and a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required.
• ODEW Teacher certification required; Intervention Specialist K-12 preferred; Non-tax certification will be considered.
• Affinity for working with students with special learning needs is required.
• Must be able to circulate throughout the classroom during instructional periods.
• Must be able to manage stress, adaptively manage behavior, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured math instruction and manage classroom effectively for grades 9–12.
• Input grades into the approved database system and post weekly grades.
• Prepare curriculum maps biweekly and track executive function supports.
• Communicate with Campus Leadership Council and parents; attend PLC meetings.
• Support extracurricular activities and participate in after-hours school events.
