Responsibilities include teaching skincare techniques, facials, waxing, makeup, and related procedures; creating an inclusive, safe learning environment; and mentoring students while keeping the curriculum current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Esthetician license in good standing is required.
• Current Instructor license required.
• Minimum of 3 years professional esthetician experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Provide theoretical and hands-on instruction in skincare, facials, waxing, makeup, and related procedures.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Supervise and guide students during practical sessions and labs.
• Assess progress through evaluations and projects with constructive feedback.
• Identify and support students with learning needs and diverse backgrounds.
