Responsabilidades

• Develops, plans and strategizes a program of study to meet student needs.
• Assesses student growth and provides progress reports.
• Implements district policies and supports classroom behavior management.
• Prepares differentiated lesson plans with clear objectives.
• Maintains open communication with students, parents and staff.
• Maintains accurate records and uses data to adjust instruction.
• Ensures safety and appropriate supervision of students.
• Attends staff meetings and collaborates with colleagues.
• Maintains curriculum knowledge and contributes to program development.
• Performs related duties and ensures regular attendance.
