Sewell-Anderson Elementary School in Lynn, MA is seeking an Educator Building Substitute for elementary grades. The role covers 180 days during the school year with a daily pay of $165 and eligibility for health, dental, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong desire to work with students in an urban setting
Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents and advocate for children in order to effectively problem solve
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
May be eligible for long-term sub position with a minimum of a BA

Responsibilities

Educator Building Substitutes work 180 days during the school year. The rate of pay is $165 per day.
Educator Building substitutes are eligible for health, dental, and Life insurance benefits.
Lynn Public Schools offers a competitive HMO and PPO benefit package with Harvard Pilgrim and Altus Dental.
Educator Building Substitutes will receive 5 sick days and 2 personal days on the first day of every school year.
