Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support children’s education across our classrooms. You’ll implement the curriculum to meet each child’s needs by creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn through play.

You will partner with parents and center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while fostering positive relationships with families and community partners. Your work matters in every child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum as aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
