Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You’ll implement curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and connect with families to ensure the best care and learning experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork with center staff and leadership, ongoing professional growth, and contributing to enrollment and accreditation goals in a supportive, child-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
