Royal Mencap Society is seeking a passionate Careers Advisor to join the Mencap Training Academy on a full-time permanent basis. The role centers on delivering CEIAG to young people with learning disabilities and other support needs, helping them explore options and build confidence for their futures.

You will work with learners, families, and external partners to support progression into employment, apprenticeships, internships, volunteering or further study.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 4 qualification in Careers Information and Advice, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering CEIAG to learners.
• Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and best practice in careers guidance.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting young people with SEND or additional support needs.
