Job summary

Priory Federation of Academies Trust is seeking enthusiastic Careers Advisors to join our established Careers Team across multiple academies, including post-16 education. The role focuses on delivering personal guidance interviews with students, supporting the Strategic Careers Lead and Academy Careers Teams, and delivering work-related learning and work experience.

A QCF Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance or equivalent is essential, and the Trust will fund CDI registration and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience delivering careers guidance to students.
• Essential: QCF Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance or equivalent.
• Adherence to the CDI Code of Ethics; CDI professional registration funded by the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1 careers guidance interviews with students across academies.
• Support the Strategic Careers Lead, Academy Careers Teams, and the Adult Education Team in career-related learning.
• Support post-16 and post-18 application processes.
