Job summary

You’ll coach, train, and develop teammates, manage daily operations, inventory, and visual standards, and promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture. This is a full-time hourly position with a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales goals.
• Drive performance through strong client engagement and product knowledge.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development.
• Train for growth and onboarding in service, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture.
• Uphold Sephora policies and ensure a safe shopping experience.
