As a store leader, you will develop your team, partner to ensure seamless daily operations, and promote an inclusive, customer-first culture while upholding Sephora standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail or services.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to meet goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
