KinderCare Learning Companies is excited to welcome a Teacher to our team in Fort Worth, TX. You will implement our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment where kids can explore and learn.

In this role, you will partner with families to ensure the best care and education, support center success with enrollment and engagement goals, and build positive relationships with colleagues, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
