Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to manage multiple situations
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to communicate with children and parents in English

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Partner with parents to support child education and care
• Support center success through enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
