Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Teacher in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You will actively partner with parents and center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Ideal candidates have CDA credentials (or NAEYC candidacy), 2–3 years ECE experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Lifts up to 40 pounds and works indoors or outdoors
• English language proficiency to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
