Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher in Fort Worth, TX to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and to mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum in line with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support every child’s achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
