Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator to support after-school programs in Atlanta, GA. You will lead activities, ensure safety, and foster a love of learning in a nurturing environment.

The role offers afternoon shifts (3:00 PM–6:00 PM), up to 15 hours/week, with pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour and Monday–Friday scheduling. Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, customer service, and working with children under 13.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Georgia state requirements: First Aid and CPR in-person.
• 18+ years of age and proof of HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings to review goals, updates, and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities, fitness, and curriculum.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents per protocol.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
