Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned.
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Prepare lessons accommodating different learning styles.
• Present subject matter per TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and supervise use of materials and equipment to support learning.
• Maintain student records and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Share responsibilities with staff and parents to support student growth.
