• A. Major Function: Management of Instructional Time – ensure materials, start class promptly, engage students
• B. Major Function: Management of Student Behavior – establish rules for participation and movement, monitor behavior
• C. Major Function: Instructional Presentation – present lesson clearly with objectives and examples, pace appropriately
• D. Major Function: Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance – check progress and performance
• E. Major Function: Instructional Feedback – provide prompt feedback and guidance
• F. Major Function: Facilitating Instruction – align objectives, strategies, and assessments
• G. Major Function: Interacting Within the Education Environment – treat all students fairly and respectfully
• H. Major Function: Performing Non-Instructional Duties – fulfill duties and pursue professional development
