Salary range $46,925–$86,963 annually. The district offers supportive staff, and the employer contributes 6% to PERS. Applicants must hold Oregon teaching certification with appropriate endorsements and have strong collaboration and classroom management skills.

Formación

• Applicant must hold or qualify for an Oregon Teaching Certificate with subject area endorsement and grade level authorization.
• Ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural school.
• Familiarity with state standards and curriculum frameworks.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and assessment strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise students and direct staff as needed.
• Standard First Aid certification or ability to obtain within two months of hire.
