Qualifications

• HQ preferred, with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, not required.
• Graduate degree in a core academic area can satisfy HQ, but not required.
• Teaching certification is recommended but not required.
• Public school teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and motivate students in all course study.
• Assign lessons and correct homework.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Maintain a learning center that is conducive to learning, safe and stimulating.
• Inspire students with consistency, care, and interest to build self-esteem.
