Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; conveys basic academic eligibility.
Strong written and verbal communication with students and staff.
Solid knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and game play.
Ability to mentor youth athletes and foster positive habits.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with staff, parents, students, and visitors in writing and speech.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of basketball and lead a comprehensive program.
Attend all practices and games and ensure proper setup and teardown of equipment.
Mentor young athletes to improve basketball skills and sportsmanship.
Follow all school and league rules and create an inclusive team environment.
Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school leadership for program success.
