Job summary

Uplift Education is seeking a dedicated teacher for our Dallas campus who will deliver rigorous instruction under the Uplift and IB frameworks. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Texas Teacher Certification, with a preference for candidates who can engage bilingual students and use Microsoft Office tools effectively.

The starting salary is competitive for the district, and the position includes a $2,500 High Needs Stipend to support teachers serving high-need student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master’s preferred but not required.
• Previous teaching experience is a plus.
• Must have valid Texas Teacher Certification or be enrolled in an Uplift designated certification course.

Responsibilities

• Arrives at school 15 minutes before carpool and is available for assigned duties.
• Stays at school until time designated by the School Director/Managing Director.
• Participates in staff meetings and professional development, including summer session.
• Chaperones field lessons and field trips as needed.
• Communicates with parents about student progress and adheres to campus guidelines.
