Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have valid Texas Teacher Certification or be enrolled in an Uplift designated certification course.
• Experience teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers rigorous, standards-aligned lesson plans using the Uplift curriculum and IB components.
• Maintains a safe, productive classroom environment and communicates progress to parents.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in professional development.
• Completes state-related trainings and adheres to district policies.
