Job summary

Land Gorilla in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking an Inspector Advocate to be the dedicated contact for inspectors in our vendor network. You’ll listen to grievances, document details, and drive resolutions across Operations, Recruiting, and Client Success to keep inspectors productive.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, training on Land Gorilla’s software, and early intervention for disengaged inspectors, with a focus on retention and quality relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or related role focused on relationships.
• Strong listening, empathy, and ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Proven problem-solver who can drive issues to resolution across teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inspectors with questions, concerns, or complaints.
• Listen empathetically and document details accurately for further action.
• Track issues to identify patterns and escalate systemic problems to leadership.
• Own end-to-end resolution, coordinating with Operations, Recruiting, and Client Success.
• Follow up with inspectors to confirm satisfaction after resolution.
• Proactively offer walkthroughs and training on Land Gorilla’s software.
• Identify at-risk inspectors and intervene early to maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in company systems.
• Provide leadership with feedback on trends affecting inspector satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive professional relationship with the inspector network.
