Qualifications

• Math skills must be average or better.
• Ability to spend long hours walking and standing.
• Good color perception and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Able to work in an orderly, logical manner while paying attention to detail.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with good English.
• Proficiency in PC use including SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• In process inspection: frequently examine visual attributes of each product.
• Record data as required by management.
• Packing: transfer product into shipping containers, weigh, label, and palletize.
• Maintain clean work area and safety standards.
• Operate manually operated molding presses as needed.
• Train new Inspector/Packer I employees.
• Sort and rework non-conforming product and document status.
• Foster teamwork across departments.
• Complete all required training and conduct duties safely.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
