Job summary

DrugPlastics & Glass Company Inc. is seeking a Packer Inspector for our plastics manufacturing operations in the United States. The role focuses on preparing cartons, labeling, inspecting bottles for quality, and maintaining production flow.

You will collaborate with supervisors to address defects, enter shift data, and uphold GMP standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Good mathematical skills to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
• Ability to read effectively while performing job duties.
• Demonstrated ability to make well thought out decisions and take appropriate actions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Obtain empty cartons from conveyor or other sources.
• Prepare cartons to receive products and place cartons as necessary.
• Apply carton labels as defined in DPG policy.
• Inspect bottles according to policy and PQS; follow customer specs.
• Remove finished cartons and close them per procedure.
• Grind all clean scrap and rejected bottles.
