Document all actions taken, including follow-up inspections and any legal proceedings. Legal Proceedings: Prepare for and potentially testify in court hearings or other legal actions related to code violations when voluntary compliance is not achieved. Collaboration: Communicate regularly with other city departments and external organizations to address violations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance. Community Engagement: Encourage and support local community groups in organizing neighborhood clean-up efforts and self-help programs. Travel: Drive a City vehicle to and from inspection sites and between assigned territories. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with code enforcement regulations, attend seminars, and participate in relevant training to enhance knowledge and skills.
