The Role:

• Conduct daily inspections of assigned rooms and update the front desk.
• Advise Housekeepers of VIP rooms, blocked rooms, and early make-ups.
• Ensure proper handling of hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, bed boards, and roll-aways by Housekeeping staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of vending and guest elevator areas.
• Report maintenance issues to engineering and coordinate special projects.
• Report damage or theft of room items to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Implement plans for housekeeping team members as directed by supervisors and management.
• Communicate department developments and assist with daily operations and briefings.
• Perform monthly inventories and provide reports on inventory levels and needs.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Enforce house rules and maintain standards among team members.
• Keep the Executive Housekeeper informed of progress and issues.
• Be knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Follow the Company Service Standards and be flexible with work hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
