Job summary

Conval, Inc. is seeking an Inspector to perform dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and components at our Enfield, CT facility.

You will handle first piece, in-process, and final inspections, document results, and identify non-conformances to drawings and specifications. The role requires prior inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with gauges, CMMs, and basic metrology concepts, plus proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Knowledge of database/software used in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Prior experience using gauges such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands.
• Previous inspection experience is required.
• Experience operating a CMM preferred.
• Experience with NDT Penetrant Testing is a plus.

Responsibilities
