Job summary

Conval is seeking an attentive assembler to support manufacturing of Severe Service Industrial Valves. You will operate a cut-off saw, perform assembly per routings, and laser mark parts as required.

The role includes bench assembly and testing, plus cleaning, tagging, and preparing valves for shipment to customers. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred Advanced Manufacturing Technology Certificate or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Operate cut-off saw to specification.
• Perform assembly and testing per routings and verbal instructions.
• Laser mark parts as required.
• Plan and perform repetitive bench assembly and testing operations.
• Clean, tag, and prepare valves for shipment.

• Plans and performs repetitive bench assembly and testing operations
• Cleans, tags, and prepares valves for shipment

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced Manufacturing Technology Certificate preferred or equivalent of education and experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
