Job summary

Martin-Baker America is seeking an Inspector B to support manufacturing quality by inspecting in-house parts and assemblies, performing tests, and documenting results.

The role requires proficiency with inspection tools, the ability to read engineering drawings and military standards, and close collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Minimum 2-3 years of inspection or related experience.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, bore gages, dial indicators, pressure testers, coating thickness meters, and similar tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
• Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.

Job Purpose

The Inspector B - In-House Product is responsible for inspecting in-house fabric details, fabric assemblies, static / mechanical assemblies and performs applicable tests to verify product conforms to applicable drawings, standards and specifications. Completes all applicable documentation and reports associated with the inspection performed.
