Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, patrol, PCA and final inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Set up and use inspection tools and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Record drawing errors and deviations and notify supervision of defects.
• Inspect castings, forgings, machined parts, welds and sheet metal fabrications for conformance.
• Review shipping paperwork and ensure packaging and preservation per specs.
