Job Description Summary This is a challenging role that involves performing mechanical and visual inspection tasks. These will include the set-up and use of electronic gauging equipment including all conventional and unconventional mechanical inspection devices such as wax and trace, rotary tables. and surface finish measuring devices. You'll also assist in the training and instructing of other personnel in team-oriented environment to ensure that high quality inspection techniques are accomplished.

High School diploma or equivalent.
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Must have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience in set-up and operations of any 2 of the following Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machining processes: drilling, milling, grinding, turning, or broaching; OR an Associate’s degree from an accredited machinist training program.
At least 1 year of experience reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and/or production planning.
Must have at least 2 years using precision measuring instruments.
Must be able to push, pull or lift parts up to 50 lbs. utilizing proper ergonomic procedures. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
