Spectra-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AOI Inspector to examine PCB assemblies in an electronic manufacturing environment. You will operate AOI equipment to identify workmanship defects and verify conformance to IPC-A-610 standards and customer requirements.
Previous experience with AOI or electronics is helpful but not required; training will be provided. This position includes a $500 hiring/retention bonus, a $100/month attendance incentive, and every Friday off.

Starting Pay: $18.50 and up based on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Inspector to inspect printed circuit board assemblies in an electronic manufacturing environment. This position operates automated optical inspection equipment to identify workmanship defects and verify that circuit boards meet customer requirements, company quality standards, and IPC-A-610 acceptability standards.
Previous AOI or electronics manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. The company is willing to train a dependable candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
The company will provide training on AOI equipment operation, inspection procedures, ESD controls, applicable quality requirements, and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. The successful candidate must be willing to complete required training and demonstrate competency before working independently.
This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
