Responsibilities

• Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids) per prescribed procedures.
• Uses microscopes for verification of defects to ensure finished product quality.
• Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Performs rework operations as required.
• Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer’s requirements to inspect parts accordingly.
• Solves routine problems according to written procedures and selects solutions from established options.
• Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability.
• Assists in the training of new inspectors.
• Ensures discrepant material is properly disposed prior to shipment.
• Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed; monitors material flow and completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports.

• Adheres to Integer'sValues and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Pay Range: $20.63 - $30.25

• Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.
