Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a 2nd shift assembler/inspector for the manufacturing floor in Minnesota. The role follows MPI and QWI procedures to build and inspect assemblies, with GDP documentation and potential shipment packing.

Employees contribute to process improvements, work under supervision, and maintain a clean safety-focused workspace. Pay range is $16.66 to $24.43 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

  • Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Set up equipment per MPI's and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).
  • Understands own tasks and how they relate to others; follows Standard Work where applicable.
  • Assembles parts per print using manual and automatic machine operation.
  • Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications; escalates non-conformances.
  • Completes Device History Records and manufacturing documentation per GDP.
  • May package assemblies for shipment.
  • Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment.

This is a 2nd Shift position. The hours are Monday - Thursday, 4:15 pm - 2:45 am. We offer a 10% shift differential on top of the hourly pay.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and perform basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer. The incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • 1. Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
  • 2. Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).
  • 3. Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision, with duties clearly defined. Will follow Standard Work where applicable.
  • 4. Assembles parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.
  • 5. Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
  • 6. Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • 7. May package assemblies for shipment.
  • 8. Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • 9. Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction. 10. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • 10. Actively participates in "flex break" programs as required.
  • 12. Performs other functions as required.

Pay Range: $16.66 - $24.43

Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
