Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a quality assurance professional to support testing, inspection, and release documentation for manufactured materials. The role involves coordinating pre-release inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable specifications.

The candidate will record inspection results in the SAP Quality Module, monitor nonconformance issues, and communicate findings to the Quality Leader and Production leadership. Safety and quality standards must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Must possess the ability to perform various testing procedures and simple statistical analysis.
• Perform complete inspection of product prior to release according to applicable specifications
• Responsible for signing the release documentation where applicable for raw material or finished goods product prior to a warehouse or shipment transfer from its designated department.
• Compile and reviews the release documentation for all lot device history records prior to submitting such material to supervision for final approval
• Stat sample all hold products as applicable per the appropriate specification requirements.
• Record the results of inspections and audit findings on the appropriate forms and/or in the Quality Module of SAP.
• Report all product nonconformance issues to the Quality Leader/Superintendent, Quality Operations/ Lead Person, and Production Supervisor where appropriate.
• Must possess knowledge of Quality System Regulations and control charting defect trends in product quality.
• Maintains adherence to all safety, environmental and quality system standards.
