Job summary

Marand US Holdings is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to ensure materials, components, assemblies, and finished products conform to engineering drawings, customer specs, and aerospace quality standards. The role supports manufacturing through receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections while maintaining traceability and compliance in a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will have ASQ CQI or equivalent, 3+ years of inspection experience, GD&T and CMM

Qualifications

• Must have ASQ CQI or equivalent certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing inspection experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality systems
• Experience conducting AS9102 First Article Inspections
• Experience inspecting aerospace, defense, or precision-machined components
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and electronic quality records

Responsibilities

• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections and ensure conformance to drawings and specs
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to support manufacturing operations
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide inspections
• Maintain product traceability and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across teams
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to resolve non-conformances

e Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring materials, components, assemblies, and finished products conform to engineering drawings, customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role supports manufacturing operations through receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections while maintaining product traceability and compliance within a highly regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet customer expectations, AS9100 quality requirements, and all applicable contractual obligations while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent certification, desired.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing inspection experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy.
