Job summary

Housekeeping-and-Hotel-Management-Group is seeking a meticulous Room Inspector in Charlotte, NC to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will inspect rooms, supervise housekeeping tasks, verify status of rooms throughout shifts, and help drive guest satisfaction and positive reviews.

This role requires strong leadership, time management, and a great eye for detail. Experience in a hotel housekeeping environment is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations is key for this position, knowing where the housekeeper’s and what specifically are they doing is a must at all times. With strong leadership skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members our Room Inspectors ensures that all guest rooms and public areas of the property are spotless and in an exceptional manner to exceed the guest expectations.
The Room inspector has a great eye for detail and knows that the purpose of this position is fundamental to improve the guest reviews and guest recommendations.
The individual’s responsibilities and essential job functions are to inspect all assigned rooms, performed all housekeeping duties necessary, including:

• Vacuuming and cleaning
• Verifying and updating on the status of discrepant room throughout the shift
