Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Santa Ana, CA seeks an Inspections Floor Supervisor to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. You will support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift.

The role focuses on inspecting spaces, guiding staff, and training housekeeping personnel to uphold brand quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
