Job summary

TownePlace Suites Ridgecrest is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You will support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift.

The role requires supervising the inspection process, guiding staff, and training team members to maintain high guest satisfaction. This is a part-time position with swing shift at Ridgecrest, CA.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.

The Role
