Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor in Lubbock, TX. You will inspect rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards, support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve issues throughout the shift.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, sharp attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication. You may assist with training, report safety concerns, and coordinate with the front desk to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Must have previous housekeeping or inspection experience.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms during shifts.
• Willing to work any day including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
