The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Inspections and Maintenance Supervisor (WS-5378-10) to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Maintenance Group, 412th Maintenance Squadron, Aerospace Ground Equipment Flight (412 MXS/MXMG) at Edwards Air Force Base.

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work for Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) inspections and maintenance activities.

Typical 2026 salary range: $59.79 - $69.75 per hour (includes locality)

Travel Requirements: up to 25% travel possible

• Manages and approves leave, recommends promotions, and manages position structures.
• Resolves employee complaints and participates in employee and labor management matters with senior HR professionals
• Enforces safety/PPE rules, security protocols, and ensures an equitable work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period
• Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest
• Obtain & maintain Security clearance

• Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of Aerospace Ground Equipment services and personnel management policies, practices, and procedures, including sexual harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity/Equal Employment Treatment.
• Knowledge of the use and maintenance of hand and power tools, equipment, and precision measuring and test equipment for maintenance, service, and delivery of powered and non-powered AGE.
• Ability to plan and organize work assignments to include determining resources required to accomplish mission.
