Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Aerospace Ground Equipment experience.
• Ability to foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills for balancing production, training, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly/monthly use of personnel and equipment for AGE maintenance.
• Establishes deadlines and priorities to handle emergent tasks.
• Administers the flight's Quality Control program and inspects maintenance work.
• Assigns work and provides direct troubleshooting guidance on complex systems.
• Investigates maintenance delays and implements corrective actions.
• Identifies competency gaps, schedules technical classes, and conducts hands-on OJT.
• Creates individual performance plans, provides feedback, and writes annual appraisals.
• Manages and approves leave, recommends promotions, and manages position structures.
• Resolves employee complaints and participates in labor management matters with HR.
• Enforces safety/PPE rules, security protocols, and ensures an equitable environment.
