Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Inspection Technician to join our team.
The Inspection Technician will be responsible for inspecting all types of processes, parts, and activities. These duties include the use of manual measuring equipment, programming and operating a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), UT Inspection, and completing First Article Inspections. The technician will participate in inspection and testing activities to ensure parts are manufactured according to standards and specifications.
High School diploma or GED with at least six months of related experience in CMM and/or First Article inspections. Knowledge of Metrologic CMM software is preferred; experience with relevant CMM software is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance for heavier lifts), push or pull 60 lbs., and grip with at least 50 lbs. of force. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance are required.
