Ensure detailed information is captured and keyed into computer systems and relayed to the Shop or service provider as needed. Follow our tire program on each tractor and trailer. Identify repairs on each tractor and trailer. Follow all TIA rules and regulations for your safety and the safety of the driver. Resolve issues to take care of drivers and customers while providing excellent customer service. Always follow prescribed procedures and protocols. Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to management. Identify best practices and share them across the team. Support an atmosphere of professionalism, always.
