Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a fleet of dry‑van and flat‑bed semi‑trucks and trailer bodies, including systems and components.
• Perform preventative, warrantable, and accident‑related maintenance.
• Inspect suspension, wheel‑end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications.
• Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Provide the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
