The role includes detailed inspections in varied areas, grid patrols, infrared scanning, and pole evaluations, with a hybrid on-site schedule. The position requires coordinating data, schedules, and reporting, plus managing financial aspects of the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience with data management, data querying, and report development.
• Ability to engage multiple SMEs and manage stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience tracking issues from identification to resolution.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping and planning for internal/external inspection teams across multiple programs.
• Manage schedules, contractor deliverables, QA, risk assessment, and final inspection results.
• Lead meetings through all inspection phases and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate communications among contractors and internal stakeholders to support inspections and data processing.
• Oversee the inspection program's financial planning and execution.
• Develop and refine scoping packages and change control logs.
• Prepare weekly performance, trackers, and access-related documentation.
• Use SAP, InspectApp, SAS, Power BI to identify data discrepancies and trends.
• Ensure inspections populate dashboards and communicate any sync issues to IT.
