Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for Data Management in Pomona, CA. The role supports scoping and planning for inspection teams across multiple programs, including high-fire and non-high-fire areas, grid patrols, and pole evaluations.

The analyst will manage data collection, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely inspections. The position requires strong data analysis skills with SAP, Power BI, Snowflake, and ArcGIS experience, plus a minimum of 5 years in relevant

Qualifications

Data management, data structure and controls design, data querying and report development.
Time management to meet due dates and inspection deadlines.
Ability to engage multiple SMEs and present issues and potential solutions to stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization reporting and dashboards.
Data analytics using MS Excel, Power BI or SAS, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Managing schedules for data collection, processing, deliverables, QA, risk assessment, and final inspection results.
Leading meetings across all phases of the inspection process.
Developing and distributing progress reports on collection, processing, delivery, QA and risk evaluation.
Coordinating communications among contractors and internal stakeholders involved in inspections and data processing.
Managing the inspection program's financial planning and execution.
