Job summary

MAC.BID in Anderson, SC is seeking an Inspection-Feed Associate. This full-time hourly role prepares and positions products for the Scan Team, inspects inbound items for defects, and classifies them as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.

Responsibilities include moving products to the conveyor for scanning and performing other tasks as directed. Candidates must be on-site, able to lift up to 25 lb alone (50 lb with team), stand/walk for long periods, and follow written directions; a HS diploma is

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

INSPECTION/FEED ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The inspection/feed associate prepares and positions the product for the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.
