Job summary

MAC.BID in Warren, OH is hiring a Scanner Associate to support our on-site auction operations. You will use proprietary software to scan items, upload listings, and ensure accurate product data.

You will also search products online, crop photos, and meet daily quantity and quality goals while following company policies.

This full-time hourly role includes healthcare after 60 days, weekly pay, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days.

Qualifications

• On-site availability; Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

SCANNER ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The S can T eam uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work on-site. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
